Cenotaph/Memorial Protection

Petition to protect Cenotaphs and War Memorials.

After recent research I have found that they have Very little legal protection.

These sites are the Headstones of those without one and for remembering Our Fallen.

As such We would like them to be given Legal War Grave status as per SPVA guidelines.

Their use/association for anything other than remembrance would become Illegal.

The desecration or theft from would carry mandatory sentences.

Please give Our Fallen with No Grave and Families of the Fallen this Protection.
