Request for addendum in Employment Law facilitating transparency, fairness and equality in discipline and grievance meetings.

The acquisition of video and voice equipment is not costly and by giving all parties an unedited version of the recording will ensure fairness in the procedures with the addition of providing all with the facts said and presented rather then relaying on minutes of meetings - which are often taken (and edited) by the employer.
