Zero vat days to boost the economy

Additional Information

Legislate selected dates each year as designated ZERO VAT DAYS or allow enterprises to designate specific dates on which ALL items can be sold with ZERO VAT. This will put much needed consumer cash back into the economy whilst allowing allow hard pressed working class folk to benefit from being able to make purchases at significant "savings".
