if a child is found under the influence of alcohol and is out on the street.the consequences of this should be community service for the child and both parents.that way the parents would know wot the child is doing and the hole family would work together in fixing this problem..There is a big problem with children drinking but its not against the law for a child drinking just is against the law to supply children with alcohol this is wrong and something should be done at the moment the police can't do anything
