Rota Review East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust
Due to financial constraints over the next 5 years the East of England Ambulance Service has proposed a review of station rotas.
At a time when demands on the service continue to increase and the population numbers continue to rise, many people with in depth knowledge of how these changes will affect patients know that patient care will be compromised.
The East of England Ambulance Service serves some of the most rural counties in the United Kingdom and where transport is treatment our staff have grave concerns about the proposed level of double crewed ambulances available to convey patients to definitive hospital care.
We the undersigned urge the Prime Minister and the Secretary of State for Health to look seriously at the level of constraints that the government is imposing upon the Trust and the negative impact this will have on the Trust’s service users.
