A change in the law regarding the Rehabilitation Act 1974 and spent convictions/Police Cautions especially for offences committed as a juveniles where no further offences have been committed allowing people a second chance to have a clean record.
To reclassify and allow certain offences to become spent and records deleted or archived after qualifying period with an independent Central Records Department allowed to disclose information to Public Authorities with a Court Order/Warrant
Removal of The Rehabilitation Act 1974 (Exceptions) 1975 to allow applications from Rehabilitated offenders to allow applications to all professions and appointments of Public Office
Stop the need for disclosure off all spent convictions/Police Cautions to gain visas for foreign trips abroad.
A committee to be appointed for public consultation into classification of offences and rehabilitation periods
