Royal mail should treat Paralympic Medal Winners the same way as Olympic Ones
The Royal mail have chosen to create commemorative stamps to honour all our Olympic Gold Medalists at London 2012 but are not honouring our Paralympic athletes in the same way, siting cost issues as the main prohibitor. They argue that our paralympic athletes are too successful and too many stamps would need to be created. We would like the government to consider whether this is discriminatory and whether it is sending the correct message to our children about equality.
