Reduce UK level of Overseas Aid

Additional Information

The level of aid to overseas countries is too high and is badly targeted. Cut the level by at least half, focus on those countries that really need it. It is up to countries with enough resources to agree their own priorities. This country has need of that money for its own distressed people and they should come first, that after all is THE prime responsibility of parliament.
