Better future for wirral

For the government to have all housing currently administered by Wirral Borough Council to be donated to the current social housing tenants or sold to them at a reduced consideration, dependent on time of occupancy. For all schools and colleges within Wirral to be independently run and free of local authority control. Education should be funded by a voucher system, with vouchers being allocated to the children of Wirral citizens. All citizens of Wirral would be expected to defend their property, and that of their neighbours, from external attack.
