Team GB Bank Holiday
In light of the extraordinary success of Team GB, and in anticipation of success by Paralympic GB, it is appropriate to declare an additional Bank Holiday, for 2012 only, to allow for public celebrations.
Given the dates of existing Bank Holidays, it is suggested that 31 December would be an appropriate date, to minimise disruption to both businesses and service providers.
