Re-assess the train operator decision for the West Coast Mainline rail franchise
Dear Sir/Madam,
The undersigned and I formally ask you to reconsider the choice of rail operator for the West Coast Mainline rail franchise.
We are concerned the choice of operator may substantially reduce the quality of our service, and therefore ask you to take further actions in ensuring the general public is provided with the best service available.
