Urgent review required on decision to award West Coast rail franchise to First Group
This petition is to urge the government to postpone any decision on the franchise award for West Coast Mainline services to First Group until a full transparent review is undertaken which includes input and assessment from passenger groups and industry advisers rather than the decision being based solely on financial criteria as appears to currently be the case.
