Ark Royal aid ship
The Ark Royal is no longer use by the Navy as a warship so fit it out as an Aid Ship, fully stocked with medical supplies, non-perishable foodstuffs, a water treatment plant (that can be assembled on shore), helicopters to distribute goods on arrival and any other items considered necessary to provide immediate relief in case of natural disaster.
It can then be held ready for immediate despatch to a disaster area anywhere in the world so help can be given without waiting for any emergency plans to be enacted.
