Statutary Right For An Employee To Have A Solicitor Present At A Disciplinary Meeting.

Additional Information

I would like the government to change the law to give an employee the right to have a Solicitor to be their chosen witness at a formal disciplinary meeting.
There is so much information available on the internet now, but it is hard to always present it at a disciplinary meeting.
Especially where the contract of employment may be at odds with knowledge.
If you look at Dr Albert Ellis's irrational beleif number 5, as it is presented in Reason And Emotion in Psychotherapy, you will see how a lot of disciplinary's done on personal complaints, may be incorrect, and other offences may have been made.
