Give Scotland dummy independence with the powers they would have if they were independent whilst UK dill with the powers the EU control over Scotland

Additional Information

Get the government to offer Scotland the chance to run their own affairs ( the powers they would have control over if they did become independent from the rest of the UK) as if they were a separate country for a certain time period , whilst the UK government still keeps implementing EU laws in Scotland from Westminster which the EU have power over, and keeps representing Scotland at the EU as a whole apart from the % of votes Scotland would have if Scotland became a independent country, Scotland should get this % of representation on the UK vote at the EU demonstrating the powers the EU have over Scotland as well as the rest of the UK and how much or little power Scotland would have on its own affairs on independents from the rest of the UK,,
