Improve driving standards with random re tests

Additional Information

We the undersigned urge the government to consider the need, to improve the overall driving standards in the UK.

One way of achieving this could be by randomly retesting drivers. A classroom based and on the road course, run along the lines of the "Speed Awareness" courses offered to some drivers caught speeding.
