G4S Fairness and Transparency
In the interest of fairness and transparency any minister or senior police officer in any way involved in contacts to outsource policing functions should have to declare any financial interest (shares etc) in any company involved. This would include any legal or other firm that gives advice to G4S or any other company that is tendering for outsourced policing functions. These same ministers and senior police officer should be prevented from taking up employment with G4S and is subsiduaries for a period of 5 years after any contract is awarded.
