Mersey tunnel's free of charge
In a charter signed by king john, mersey tunnel access would be made free of charge, once all building costs were fully paid. This was done many years ago, and now merseytravel which operates the tunnels.
Have been profiting from a 1.50 charge for cars and rising for vans, trucks and articulated lorry's.
This must be stopped.
Sign my epetition and forward it on Facebook & Twitter.
