Make Spousal Visas Easier to Obtain so Spouses are not kept APART!
UK immigration policy discriminating against married couples rights under human rights act article 8 the right to marry and raise a family!
The government made the costs of the visa and income requirement ridiculous I believe this needs to be more on the discretion of immigration officers to say yes a true couple and you can afford the fee of £826 no criminal record so we grant you the visa no income requirement etc.
I agree they should not have to immediately go on public funds if allowed to work immediately and if they claim benefit in 1st yr they get deported!
