public to stop funding royal family, IR create optout to divert tax to NHS
After the death of the Queen, I R to create an optout for like minded members of the public to redirect tax given to fund the royal familly to be transfered to the NHS .s/b able to do it through a tick box in tax return or change of tax codes .
