Minister for the civil service and first lord of the treasury
For the Prime Minister to resign as Minister for the Civil service and First Lord of the Treasury.
David Cameron is at the moment is far too powerful and the the government should therefore allow three different politicans to head of the Offices of Head of Government, Civil Service and Treasury
