Abolish the BBC
The BBC has recently in the past admitted to biased programming and instead of changing it's ways to become impartial, they have been insistent on carrying on the way they are without caring about what the license fee payer wants. The BBC will not change it's ways and because of this, We call on the government to look at abolishing the BBC as they will not change their broadcasting ways to reflect the views of everyone and show bias towards certain minority groups.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Detailed decisions on programme content and scheduling are matters for the BBC, reflecting its editorial independence. It is a long-standing principle that the Government does not interfere in programme matters, either on arrangements for scheduling or on content. It is important to maintain the principle of freedom of expression which political interference could undermine.
