Spitting in public should be made illegal

Additional Information

There seems to be an increasing number of people spitting on the streets and roads in the UK. It is unsanitary, can spread disease and is extremely disrespectful to the country and everyone else in it.

It is no different to dog fouling and littering and should be treated as such.
