Give Virgin trains the ECML (East Coast Mainline) franchise if they lose the West Coast Mainline franchise
With first group due to gain the west coast franchise it is only fair that government run services on the east coast mainline should be run by a suitable company sure virgin would rather have the west coast but they could run the east coast instead. I want to government to consider this petition.
