Gurkha Naturalisation is unfair and unjust.
'Gurkhas' needless to say about their selfless services and sacrifices towards the country , now and then. They can risk their life any time without thinking twice in the time of need , But now, Huge number of Gurkhas are being Redundant from their services,are facing tough time on Resettlement issue. Although there is provision in ( home offices website) they are entitle to apply ILR anytime after 5 years of service. in reality,only they can apply before 6 months to their departure date refraining many resettlement entitles and jobless for atleast 5,6 month of retirement.....
ILR IS OWN RIGHT AFTER 5 YEARS OF SERVICE AND ALL THE FEES PAID BY INDIVIDUAL , WHY IS HOME OFFICE IS NOT GIVING THE ILR IN ADVANCE ........OR ANY TIME AFTER 5 YEARS OF SERVICE.........
