Means Testing

Hospital treatments shall be means tested. The more you earn the more you pay on a sliding scale. Fees range from 0% to 100% of total costs.

Everyone pays National Insurance contributions exactly as before but, in addition, the NHS purses will be enhanced by Government Guided Means Testing.

Funding

Fees for good quality food will be charged to in-patients at a fair and reasonable rate.

Means test the rich as well as the poor and eradicate worldwide-organised crime.
