Empty Council and Government properties to be used prior to releasing land for green belt building

Additional Information

All empty council and government properties should be reused prior to releasing any green belt land.
I.e There are too many empty and unused houses and commercial buildings owned by Councils and Government which should be used prior to building elsewhere.
Government should ensure Councils and Government departments use these prior to releasing any green belt land. This is in interest of council tax payers.
