Compulsory third party insurance and identification/registration for adult cyclists.
The government should consider the introduction of compulsory third party insurance and identification/registration for adult cyclists.
The display of some form of identification or registration would allow other road users to complain about the antisocial behaviour of cyclists and assist in the prosecution of those who display a total disregard the Road Traffic Act.
