Empower & expend UKBA force with powers of arrest, detention & deportation
UKBA should be sufficiently funded so that they can be expended and given policing powers for several millions non-British Citizens' immigration/visas status in UK. Such empowered expended UKBA force should be able to arrest, detain and deport immigrants swiftly. If necessary, deportees can be detained in a British protectorate island if they are appealing against or awaiting documentation on deportation. Currently new 200,000 immigrants are adding to the pool of immigrants in UK pa. Quarter of Britain's babies are born to foreign mothers in 2011 alone.
