That no politician guilty of expense irregularity be allowed to hold Ministerial or Cabinet position
No Prime Minister should be permitted to appoint, to Cabinet or junior Ministerial role, any House of Commons or House of Lords member found to be guilty of Parliamentary expense irregularities. This rule to have no time limit for expired guilt.
