disabled parking fees at hospitals
I would like to know after visiting Salford Royal and other hospitals in the north west why they have suddenly started yet again to penalise and punish the elderly and disabled by charging them for parking even though they have badges to stop this before. What is the goverment thinking of stop penailising the old and look at more pressing thing. This is a total disgrace and if you agreee then sign my pettion to stop this immediatley
