Free or half fare concessionary rail and bus fare to and from college for 16-21 yr olds

Additional Information

Want free or half fares on rail and bus services for 16+ year olds travelling to and from college or university. A nationwide student travel card is needed which can be used without time limits i.e - before 10am and from 4pm. At present the limited rail and bus cards available do not enable a student to travel at these times and are still expensive to buy at a third or less off adult fares.
