People on benefits put something back into your community

Additional Information

Get people on benefits putting something back into their communities. I have to get up every morning to pay my way, why should a fit healthy person on benefits not have to put something back into there local communities doing something useful. It will also give a sense of worth and motivate them to look for full time employment.
