force tennants of under occupied social housing to move.

Additional Information

I feel it is time for a policy change for central and local Goverments to tackle the problem of social housing that is under occupied. I am aware of at least two couples living in a three bedroom social houses (just two people) where in my local area, there are at least 5 familys waiting for a more suitable home.
tennets need to be moved to smaller homes to open larger homes for familys.
