Moonlighting Judges

We the under signed do not believe that the Judiciary should not be able to moonlight.
The State looks after their public sector workers-
We look to Judges to be impartial and fair- in essence to Judge- and only on the bench. As with other public sector workers such as Police- they cannot seek additional private consultancy work, we believe that the same rules should apply to Judges in England and Wales.

We call on the Government to act regarding the legal loopholes that allow Judges to obtain additional consultancy work.
