Strip Irvine Patnick of his knighthood.
Irvine Patnick attempted to tarnish the reputation of 96 Liverpool fans who died due to an unsafe ground and police incompetence, by placing the blame of their own deaths on them. Anyone who could even think of doing this does not deserve to be listed in any British honours list.
