Birmingham City Council Plans to Charge to Park at Public Dog Walking Parks
Birmingham City Council are now considering charging the general public to park their cars at public recreation Parks. Public Parks are important for dog walkers, people that need to escape the rat race and family's that want to give their children somewhere to play in safety. Please sign this e-Petition to stop them sneaking in this law without consulting properly.
