Tax Aviodance and Evasion

Additional Information

For the government to introduce a fine of £100,000 to people who avoid all tax.
People should not be allowed to get away with not paying their tax, so therefore the government should make everyone who has avoided paying their tax to have them pay it all back with tax havans being outlawed.
