Stop people having to pay towards rent for spare rooms

Next april the government is bringing in that if you have spare rooms you have to pay some rent towards your landlord this only affects people on benefits and people with 2 siblings of the same sex, it doesn't matter if both your childrens have their own rooms . More people are going to be in poverty because of this.
Stop this before next april or get them to debate it in the house of commons.
