Petition Action

Prison Reform to promote rehabilitation

Additional Information

We believe that the current system of incarceration is ineffective and the re offending rates are too high. We wish to promote

- Productivity ( Working, building etc.)
- Rehabilitation (turning prison members into working members of society after release.)

We can do this in a number of ways such as labour and education for prisoners, particularly first time offenders. Needless to say the current system of prison is an ineffectual form of rehabilitation.
