Clamp down on employing someone as a temp when they are in effect employing them F/T but without need for proper employment contract
Employers must not employ someone as a temp (on a causal basis) when they are in effect employing them on a full-time basis but without need for proper contract of employment. THIS SHOULD BE CLAMPED DOWN.
