Localism should provide community power over planning

Additional Information

Ensure that the planning regulations do not over-ride local community needs.
While freeing up red-tape and encouraging developers the lack of regulation is in danger of ruining long term economy in key areas such as tourist centres dependent on a beautiful, historic and coherent environment as the attraction.
Local councils must have power to ensure local economy remains viable.
