Ban the sending of frail patients home at night from hospitals

Additional Information

The practice of sending frail and bemused elderly patients home from hospital late at night is uncivilised and an afront to their dignity. Such a practice is more akin to the movement of animals than to human beings and should be banned throughout the NHS with immediate effect.
