Child Support Agency should be there for the childs welfare, not just to pass on payments

I believe many parents who are the main carers for children in failed relationships are using the child support agency not for the welfare of the child but to support their own lifestyle and as such live lifestyles beyond their means. i believe parents should support their children but like anything you pay for you should know what your paying for.

.The Child Support Agency believe they are there for the welfare of the child but once the money is collected and given to the main carer they have no say in what its spent on.

I have heard may stories and in my own experiences have collected my child with nothing more than the dirty clothes on her back and shoes that are too small. recieved no clothes for her to take on holiday and bags of wet clothes at weekends saying there was no time to dry them.

I petition the government to change the way CSA believe that are there for the welfare of the child, and make them be there for the welfare of the child.
