Arm the police

Yet again two Police officers have died.

How many more must die before the government see sense?

Arm the Police to ensure as far as possible that they are fighting fire with fire.

Even if they dont carry routinely, have firearms available in vehicles to deploy where necessary. Having an armed response unit 20 miles away is simply not good enough.

Please please please protect our officers from being powerless to do anything to protect themselves.
