Bring back hanging as the 'Ultimate Deterrent'.

Additional Information

The UK public are hearing more & more about violent and premeditated murders.
At present, when a murderer is found guilty, they are sent to prison with a sentence that usually does not reflect the crime they committed and some do not serve the full sentence.
But in the meantime, they will attain 'status' as a 'Killer', and for these most hardened of criminals, life will go on, albeit in prison.
A few that have hit the national headlines have shown just how ‘uncaring’ and evil these individuals are.
It is apparent that it is long overdue that the UK looks once again at re-introducing hanging as the ultimate deterrent to these most violent & evil of people.
The citizens of the UK should feel protected knowing that should such a crime happen, the guilty can and will be punished with equal measure, which may in turn even prevent these heinous crimes from even being committed in the first place.
Parliament should call for a UK referendum on this subject.
