That the government of the United Kingdom initiates as a priority a strategic defence review ,said review to be carried out by the heads of our army,navy and airforce to establish in an uncertain world the necessary forces required by all our armed forces to meet any threats to our country and our national interests globally and the percentage of GDP required to provide this level of security
Said funding to be allocated immediately by the government of the United Kingdom for the provision of the necessary resources determined by the reviewn as a matter of national interest and this expenditure to be ringfenced by law and upgraded annually by inflation
