Please consider what disciplinary action could be taken against a Coroner who makes a perverse and illogical decision affecting a number of bereaved families, say in the case of a tragedy involving multiple deaths.

Also consider what qualifications Coroners should posess, please?

Please consider sacking Coroners who are biassed towards the Police or Ambulance Authorities.
