Death penalty referendum in uk
Have a referendum on bring back a death penalty in the uk. This would allow a judge to decide if it is appropriate in each case. Why would you want to pay £35000 per year to keep a mass murder locked up when we can not afford drugs to treat descent honest people in this country
With today's forensics DNA and other advances it is very very unlikely you would get the wrong person, but lots of people come out of prison and kill again.
