Cllr Stephenson (joked about Manchester PC deaths) should resign from Erewash Council
The sick joke was "If you get 100 points for shooting one policewoman and 200 points for shooting two policewomen, how many do you get for shooting a lawyer?"
He then called the police officer who rang him to complain "you silly man".
He brings both the role of Councillor and the Conservative Party into disrepute. Cllr Stephenson should resign.
